Where is Butterworth, Malaysia?

Rollover kills Colorado resident
Elk Mountain — Wyoming Highway Patrol Officers of the Elk Mountain Division responded to a rollover last Thursday, which resulted in a death and injuries to several family members in the vehicle.
Lt. Kelly Finn said Monday officers responded to the crash at U.S. Interstate 80, mile marker 241, a little before 5 p.m. The crash involved one vehicle that had been carrying several individuals and rolled one and a half times.
Centennial, Colo. resident Erin Pack, 52, died at the scene. In addition, Pack’s husband was taken to the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County with injuries, while her 18 year-old daughter took a private vehicle to the hospital herself to be checked, and a 13-year-old son was flown to the Wyoming Medical Center, of Casper, for surgery.
Finn said an investigation is still ongoing, but is currently looking like Erin possibly had fallen asleep prior to going off the road, into the medium, and, when awakening, she overreacted back on to the road.

Carolyn's college roommate said that they were on their way home from Trek in Wyoming.
